Mission Statement

The Aviation Foundation 501(c)3

The Aviation Foundation’s mission is to further the public appreciation and understanding of the past, present, and future of aviation, with a special emphasis on Western Pennsylvania. Established exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes, we realize the need to keep pace with the rapid aeronautical developments while working to inspire and share that knowledge.

The Aviation Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving aviation history, inspiring future generations, and advancing public understanding of flight. Through educational, scientific, and charitable initiatives, we celebrate aviation’s legacy while staying engaged with its fast-moving future.
